Last updated October 7, 2026. This notice describes the AI Inventory Pro marketing website for its WindFire Manufacturing ERP software. Company workspaces have separate operational data and access controls.

When you contact us

The inquiry form collects your name, email, company, manufacturing category, and message so we can respond. Your inquiry is delivered to info@aiinventorypro.com, which routes to the domain administrator’s mailbox. Inquiries are retained in that mailbox until removed by the administrator. Do not include confidential drawings, passwords, or sensitive employee or financial data.

When you use the product assistant

The chatbot sends your question and up to six recent conversation messages to the OpenAI API to generate a product answer. Conversation history stays in the current browser page and clears on reload. The website does not save chat transcripts in its own database. Requests use the API’s store:false setting; this does not eliminate the provider’s applicable security and abuse-monitoring retention. The public assistant has product information only. It cannot access company records, sign you in, book a confirmed appointment, or make changes in WindFire ERP. Its answers may be imperfect; contact our team to confirm suitability, pricing, and availability.

When you chat with our team

If you choose Talk to a person, we ask for your name, email address and, optionally, your company. Your messages, the WindFire ERP team member’s replies and your last six questions to the product assistant are sent to our WindFire Sales desk and kept with your inquiry so our team can follow up. Messages are machine-translated so each side can read the other’s language. Ask us at info@aiinventorypro.com to see or delete them.

Language preference

We remember your selected language in this browser’s local storage. Your language choice is included with assistant questions and demo inquiries so replies can use that language. Existing chat messages remain in their original language when you switch.

Product tour narration

The tour at /tour plays narration recorded once by WindFire ERP. It starts playing without sound; the sound starts only when you turn it on. It remembers whether you turned the sound or captions off only for the current browser tab (session storage), and it sends nothing about you anywhere.

Technical data

We use a short-lived, essential security cookie to protect form and chat requests. The server uses a hashed network address for rate limits, with counters retained for up to two days. Hosting access logs can include network addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and browser information for operation and security. This site uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
